So many projects not enough time chances of miss some key aspect in delivering the project / products. Can be stressful if you can not manage a fast phase working environment.

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Cons

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
