Pros

Lots of different products and categories, always something new happening, and very self-starting people. Pretty good benefits package, but the cost is going up and the perks are decreasing.

Cons

really bad internal communication, low follow-thru on plans, low enthusiasm because of organizaton and communication, and low level of community activity. Really difficult to get things done between locations and departments, and a lot of embedded old-timers who don't want things to change.

Pros

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Cons

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
