Decent pay, good benefits and some really great perks! State of the art facility in Beloit, WI . Thousands and thousands of dollars spent on Christmas parties and picnics, maybe bonus would be better moral boost?
Cons
Culture is very level/class oriented. People are expected to work ridiculous amount of hours and not be compensated. Growth and acquisitions has caused band-aid after band-aid fix and causes horrific issues internally. Employees act like enemies not coworkers, between functions of Manufacturing, supply chain, customer service and management – NO team here! Good leaders create leaders; this culture creates followers and intimidated employees. Accounting functions (AR & AP) to India is the biggest mistake and has caused extreme stress to employees, customers and vendors.
