Extremely below average pay for engineers - $10,000-$20,000 less then average entry level engineering salary. Kerry does not attract the best and brightest. Tons of uneducated people that have important decision making roles. Very very very low pay. Average to below average benefits. No bonuses This company started in Ireland and favors Irish people. That is factual and is clearly out in the open. Communication from top to bottom is poor. If you work at a plant, it is a standard manufacturing facility where you work 45-60 hours a week.
