The greatest experience in all my 10 years in the corporate, there is just so much to learn no one day is the same. I learnt how to think strategic

Cons

I just find the management expects employees to be exactly like them of to be the kind of people they dream of, if a person does not fit the profile they get ignored and as a result end up not getting the recognition. It is a boys' club, women need to work 3x as hard to get the same recognition as men.

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Cons

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
