Kerry treats employees, including managers, as replaceable commodities. A focus on cutting cost has inevitably lead to major cuts in the easiest place to do them- employee benefits. Poor health care and mediocre 401k plan. No bonus plan for managers, resulting in plant management teams uninterested with plant performance outside of their specific function.
