The campus in Beloit is beautiful. Sensory panel Holiday party

Cons

Kerry is very top heavy. All VP and directors with a lot of ideas and no knowledge of how to implement anything. Horrible culture. People only look out for themselves and will throw anyone under the bus when they get a chance. Back stabbing 24/7. It is like high school with adults. There is no on-boarding, training, anything. You are throw to the wolves within your first week on the job. You can't have your own ideas. It is upper management's way or the highway.

Pros

There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

Cons

No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
