Pros
Plenty of training and support from both leadership and colleagues. The resources provided to help you with your job are unmatched by any other company I've ever worked for. Flexible work/life balance and generous PTO (17 days starting out). The company has a clear vision for its future and you feel included in that process. There is a LOT of structure, which can be overwhelming for some, but it has helped me thrive here so far. There are metrics, meetings, training, etc. but I have found them to be largely beneficial. There is an actual "success formula" that WILL show up in your paycheck if you are willing to put in the effort. Base salary is on par with market. They take their time interviewing people and it shows -- you will be working with the best!
Cons
If you don't function well within strict metrics and LOTS of visibility -- you will not do well here. Everyone is held accountable each morning in a meeting going over the previous day's activity and you are expected to hit goals.
