Pros

Most of the people you work with are nice people.

Cons

Direct supervisor never respected my time outside of work. Would get calls during funerals and scheduled PTO constantly. Leadership will never listen to your concerns and you are often reprimanded for voicing them. They made our team fill out a positive review the best places to work survey. Barely any team members are still there that I had originally started with.

Job itself is hard but the team is great

Great leadership, it’s mostly remote, good base pay

Cons

The job itself can be frustrating because the vendors you’re working with on a daily basis are in India and sometimes there are cultural barriers and language barriers, makes it difficult to navigate obstacles in an already tough recruiting market.
