Business Outlook
Pros
Starting compensation is decent along with bonuses and benefits. Upper management does a pretty good job navigating trying economic times to make sure as little layoffs happen as possible.
Cons
It is very hard to get actual raises. The yearly “merit” increase doesn’t cover yearly cost of living increases. Professional development is non existent and therefore it is very hard to advance on a career path. This company is all about the bottom line and returning value to shareholders. The side effect is that the support to employees is minimal.
