Cons
Let me be clear: Kindeva does not possess "trade secrets" which can be violated in any way. You will find no expertise within the hierarchy of leadership, and all details shared here are opinion or public knowledge. The executives, directors, and managers are struggling with the most basic tenets of leadership and comprehension of their trade. They have purchased extremely expensive equipment from superior companies, and they attempt the most basic manufacturing step: Fill and Finish. Again, this is public knowledge, not my opinion, and not a violation of any policy. I watched every hard-working individual on this project treated like absolute trash by distant, alienating dictators. I saw no respect passed on to anyone to whom credit is due for any amount of success. The experts were swiftly terminated when their perceived function was completed. The remaining staff have inherited a disaster; this is sincerely the worst example of an organization I have witnessed in my lifetime. I have seen more thought put into managing a local pizzeria than I saw in the manufacturing of injectables at this organization, and the cost is untold tens of millions of dollars in waste, along with the lives of innocent end-users. Nothing bothers me more than watching completely inexperienced sycophants grandfathered into elite positions of authority for their flattery and symbolic kowtowing, while every diligent problem-solver is competitively shamed for any integrity or legitimate competence. If you have any other option, I recommend pursuing it, no matter the difference in pay. Nothing can be more professionally unsatisfying than working for a company like Kindeva; you will be forced to compromise.
