Pros

Love my teammates. Learn something new everyday if you pay attention. Benefits is decent. Most of the employees work there are friendly and willing to help.

Cons

Here is the fun part. Favoritism plays big role in this company. I would call it “3M culture” since this company was part of 3M devision before. Not all but some senior employees think they worked there longer and do less. Management does nothing about it. Thumb of rules if you work at Kindeva: You won’t get fire unless you made mistakes even you don’t do anything at work. If they see you work hard, congratulations you will have all the works and others wouldn’t do anything at all. Supervisors just trying to cover their own crews and blame on other shifts when problem occurs. Lot of employees are leaving this company because they don’t see the future in there. I don’t really see HR or management trying to resolve the problem we have seen and tried to brush it off. For the new hires or future new hires, make sure you are willing to work for the others because some of the individuals don’t work or know how to work even they have been there for so long. Don’t be surprise because it becomes the daily basis and no one will help or listen if you complaint.

Pros

It’s a job. The experience in this industry can definitely open doors for far better opportunities in companies that are much more prestigious and professional. If you want a career in the industry then could be worth while to work here simply to gain the skills needed to be considered at a better company.

Cons

Leadership is really incompetent. There is no diversity in the quality department. While women deserve to hold positions of power, there NEEDS to be balance (I say this as a woman, fyi). This dept is entirely run by women and it’s extremely toxic for that reason. These ladies expect the employees to live and die for the company, while getting paid WAY below the median range for your position. The turnover is high because they run their employees to the ground then dispose of them and hire new ppl and the cycle continues. They also reward the most toxic people with positions as supervisors and managers. Giving power to people that abuse and don’t respect hard work. You only hear from the higher ups when they’re dissatisfied (which is always), and they never take the time to acknowledge your hard work. People that are supposed to be supervisors gossip and talk down on employees behind their back instead of clearly communicating with the employee what they want. They also expect everyone to work overtime and weekends. Not worth working here unless you really need a job for the short term or need some way to break into medical/pharma industry.
