Opportunity to learn different technologies
Cons
Upper management often relies on fear and empty promises to drive performance. There’s a noticeable lack of trust and collaboration at the leadership level, with senior staff frequently speaking negatively about one another, which created a culture of blame and encouraged gossip. Communication is inconsistent and at times hostile. A manager many times bragged about yelling at “so and so” to get what they wanted. Expectations are shifted and poorly communicated. You will work weekends and on PTO which would be okay if you were able to buy into the vision that management tries to sell you. You will soon realize they don’t care about you as a human but only for what you can do for them. If you want to make your Sundays way more scary I would suggest working here.
