None so far, just hard to find a permanent job if your a stt or TLT

Good benefits, decent salary, many nice colleagues

There are a number of individuals who have worked at the county for far too long; tired, not that motivated, and terrible managers. They are protected at any cost. My entire team turned over over the course of two years due to two terrible managers- and some folks that left had been with the county for years. Very disappointing that upper management/directors did zero about it, despite multiple complaints.
