Pros

Great benefits and fair pay

Cons

If you actually care about the work that you do and want to create change, this is not the place for you. They just have meetings about meetings and kick the can down the road without any plans of ACTUAL change or implementation. You cannot advance too far as the people above you will keep their job until retirement for the benefits and pay. Nowhere for you to grow.

Pros

General good pay and automatic step increases in pay based on time served, benefits.

Cons

Bad work life balance, lack of respect for personal time/life. Challenges with finding childcare to meet the hours or operation, not conducive or supportive with single parent lifestyle. Bullied by management into forcing extra work upon employees outside of work expectations. Often work alone. Customer harassment for upholding company policies.

Pros

The environment is welcoming and fortified by long-time professionals.

Cons

However, whenever it comes to being inclusive with military veteran employees, there needs to be more trust, transparency in order to truly allow them to grow, develop and give their all to the public service.
