Pros
Occasionally some interesting tasks at the corporate level. The new office also looks pretty sleek and clean, and there is free coffee and snacks. Clients also frequently bring in doughnuts, lunch, and other snacks. The marketing department is also really talented and good at what they do, and they are fun to work with.
Cons
In the last few months, there has been a change in upper-level management, and the corporate office has become a toxic nightmare. Employees are often called out and ridiculed in front of other employees, raises don't even come close to matching inflation (if you get one at all), and there is little to no room for innovation and new ideas. As a result, a lot of the long-time employees have recently left. There is also little to no opportunity to work remotely, and there is not only no vaccine requirement, many of the employees (field and corporate) are actively anti-vax, and management won't hesitate to cram a bunch of people into small meeting rooms.
