Pros

When the original founder was alive and running the business, it was an incredible company to be a part of and one you had pride in saying you worked for.

Cons

The amount of gossip and poor leadership is astounding. Toxic work environment. The lack of support of individuals to grow and have an impact within the industry outside of the company was shocking. Micromanagement is at an all time high, because there is no trust or loyalty. There is NO such thing as DEI at this company.

Pros

Occasionally some interesting tasks at the corporate level. The new office also looks pretty sleek and clean, and there is free coffee and snacks. Clients also frequently bring in doughnuts, lunch, and other snacks. The marketing department is also really talented and good at what they do, and they are fun to work with.

Cons

In the last few months, there has been a change in upper-level management, and the corporate office has become a toxic nightmare. Employees are often called out and ridiculed in front of other employees, raises don't even come close to matching inflation (if you get one at all), and there is little to no room for innovation and new ideas. As a result, a lot of the long-time employees have recently left. There is also little to no opportunity to work remotely, and there is not only no vaccine requirement, many of the employees (field and corporate) are actively anti-vax, and management won't hesitate to cram a bunch of people into small meeting rooms.

Pros

No micromanaging which was great. You get a lot of flexibility to get your job done. Systems are in place to help you get your job done. Employees are all great and it feels good to be part of the family. Kinsley is great at self performing and managing work like no other GC can do on the east coast. Kinsley can be the one stop shop.

Cons

Raises were once a year if at all. No sick pay. Vacation leave is lacking behind all other GC's. No Bonuses or Christmas Bonuses. Pay was meh..... There is no employee performance reviews to give feedback on your performance and career advancement advice.
