Pros

When the original founder was alive and running the business, it was an incredible company to be a part of and one you had pride in saying you worked for.

Cons

The amount of gossip and poor leadership is astounding. Toxic work environment. The lack of support of individuals to grow and have an impact within the industry outside of the company was shocking. Micromanagement is at an all time high, because there is no trust or loyalty. There is NO such thing as DEI at this company.

Pros

Laid back, a lot of intelligence on the floor with experience, always 50 hour work week 10 hours a day(mandatory) and almost always Saturday work if you want it 5-7 hours(never mandatory), no theft or shady people. Everyone on the floor gets along even when personalities sometimes clash we look out for one another. If you even had an appointment you’re free to go they never hold that against you. Call off you get docked a vacation day. But I can’t express on this note how good they do treat us when it comes to taking care of things outside of work it’s a massive and respected perk we all appreciate from the company when you don’t have a single worry if you have a drs or dentist appointment or have to get the kid or family member to a appointment or if you just happen to have to leave work early, they don’t punish you and it makes us work harder for them Time start 5-3:30pm 15 min break at 9, 30 min lunch at 12

Cons

Micro managed by the foreman, upper leadership is chaos —- way to many cooks in the kitchen. Shop foreman, shop supervisor, shop manager, all basically the same job but it’s a endless battle between them. Nepotism is the Kinsley way. It is sort of hilarious after you figure out how incestuous the place is. Everyone has some sort of tie to everyone in the upper crust of “leadership” aka get my buddy a great paycheck
