Pros

I am a remote employee based in Phoenix and had the option of moving a few years ago but declined because the timing was off. My only regret is not making the move then. This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Not kissing up or blowing smoke. These guys ROCK! The support on the sales side is second to none. The training and on boarding was solid. You will come out of training knowing exactly how to pitch and sell this product. My director is the best manager I have ever had. He is a no BS kinda guy and will hop on any call with you to get the deal done. The sales performance coach is a Rockstar. The man takes the time to listen to where you are struggling and ever single piece of advice he has given me has made me a better sales professional. At previous tech companies I've sold for, I found myself spending hours creating my own demo flow and email templates to send out prospects. The sales team will arm you with voicemails and email frameworks. All you have to do is make new ones as our CEO puts out relevant and eye opening content and add it to your outreach cadence. Adding new content to prospect will take you 5 minutes a week. The systems in place all work. Rarely ever any tech issues. The tech stack is solid. The product is the best on the market. There is no competition. Our CEO is the man! I find myself speaking like him when I pitch prospects. Super knowledgeable about cyber security. I learn something new from him on every single morning meeting. If you ask for help on an internal support channel, someone will respond to you within seconds. Leads will be given to you and it is up to you to nurture lower rated leads. I have found myself closing deals on customers who just downloaded a white paper. You still have to hunt and prospect. With out prospecting you can't smash your targets. Prospect and supplement your numbers with marketing provided leads and you will be fine. I love that this organization has a no politics no religion policy. I have yet to come across someone who I do not get along with. Everyone is focused here to make this a great place to work and for that I am grateful. I plan to continue to work here for years to come. Put your head down. Do your job. The money will follow. Career opportunities are everywhere. I've worked here for under a year and leadership that has recognized my strengths have already encouraged me to apply for promotions. Most orgs want to keep you right where you are. You will not come across that at KnowBe4. I want to thank everyone who was involved in my hiring process and beyond and I am honored to work for such an amazing company. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for this amazing career opportunity. Do it right the first time. Do it fast. Have fun while you do it.

None. If anything comes up, I will update this review. I'm a straight shooter and will always tell it like it is. We are doing everything right.

Out of about 100 AE's only 10 hit Quota, OTE is a joke there. It's possible to hit quota if you are lucky with your inbound leads, but if you want to hit quota every month you have to do something moreso out of the box. I was trained by hard closers and have a lot of expierence with cold calls so i came up with my own script and was getting a demo a day, and was doing a demo a day. The demos did lead to sales as well, so it wasn't a waste of time. I got fired because of a "lack of professionalism" I spoke off script all the time because speaking on script leads you in to the Kool-aid drinkers club, aka not hitting quota consistently. I was fired without warning, even though I was told I had an incredible work ethic and was exceeding the ramp-up numbers. I just didnt match their sales style, they are not looking for salespeople, they are looking for sales associates. They make you work 9-hour days, 1 hour mandatory lunch that has to be taken in the middle of the day. 9-6pm. Their handbook even says you are allowed to take this lunch at 5 pm to go home sooner, but the managers never let that happen. DO NOT BE CREATIVE AT THIS JOB, DRINK THE JUICE.
