- smaller size gives a family owned business feel - not just a number - fair compensation - good benefits with ability to earn additional savings - great culture - cross training so there is no need to do same job day after day - 4 - 10 work schedule with included lunch and break - good management/lead staff - if on overtime, work occurs on Fridays, not weekends

- building can get humid, warm, and uncomfortable in summer time - subject to demand, may have to work overtime - or may be asked to go home without pay if not enough work on the schedule

Pay is okay, work varies from department to department but overall it wasn't anything too bad. Breaks were kind of short
