They provide the option to work from home and have a significant number of government contracts.
Cons
The leadership is extremely poor. They hire ppl to fill open positions and there's no engagement with employees after that. In case of problems with the customer , they don't intervene and backing theirvemployees. Employees are left high and dry to fight their own battles. Very poor management
