They have great health benefits

Cons

There are no growth opportunities. The company has grown a lot over the years and the culture is a toxic work environment. Communication and the process’s & systems in place are horrible and outdated to be such a large company. They will over work you and expect you to work extra hours and there’s absolutely no work life balance.

They provide the option to work from home and have a significant number of government contracts.

Cons

The leadership is extremely poor. They hire ppl to fill open positions and there's no engagement with employees after that. In case of problems with the customer , they don't intervene and backing theirvemployees. Employees are left high and dry to fight their own battles. Very poor management

There is room for growth at the company; during my time there I have seen many people move up.

Cons

A $2,000 bonus upon landing the job is taxed and you get it on your first check. The hiring process took roughly 2 months. Training is horrible and the project manager is not professional
