Pros

- Growing number of customers - Some nice people - Getting a lot of coverage

Cons

- Terrible culture and work environment. The Chief People Officer should not be allowed to set people policies - No diversity at the leadership level - Trying to chew off too much, as a result too many projects/ implementations fail or are delayed - Tech isn’t as good as marketing makes it seem - A lot of turnover as a result of the above

Thanks for weighing in. You are correct that our customer base is growing tremendously and industry experts have rated our digital banking solutions higher than all others. Most of you cons are confusing, as we transparently share these numbers every quarter: *Culture- our Mobilizer (aka- employee) engagement and glassdoor scores have risen every year since 2014 to best-in-class standards. *Diversity- we are more culturally diverse than almost every other tech company and with 24% of our senior leadership team being female, this number is on par with the most progressive global tech companies. *Turnover - we are better than industry standards for companies based in similar locations. *Customer sat- our customer retention numbers are at/above industry standards and continuing to escalate. The one con you list that can't be debated with numbers, so reasonable people can disagree, is whether the CPO is competent; I'll give you that one but hopefully my boss disagrees! As you know our Talent Mobilization team is always checking in with our tremendously talented people and available to talk through concerns. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

The employees are great. Most people are very smart and passionate about what they do. In the time I was there I never had any problem working with anyone in the company. Always someone to go to lunch with and lots of staff drinks after work (mostly organized by staff and not management) Good flexibility for work-life balance...for some people

Cons

- Disorganized. - Not diverse. - No support for career advancement/training/certification/education - Totally inconsistent with a lack of focus. Strategic direction seems to change every 6 months and it never makes complete sense. - Leadership is tone deaf to the market and is not willing to adapt. Stubbornness is why nothing is selling and the company is falling apart. - Top Leadership doesn't engage with employees unless they feel like they have to. - HR is beyond useless and gossips about EVERYONE. There is no confidentiality in HR. - Lots of recent turnover with long time employees because of messed up operations and managers egos. - LOTS of people have left to go work for the founder of Kony at his new company, or they left to go back to their old jobs. - TERRIBLE operations. Travel policy is crazy!!! Some people can't afford to come out of pocekt and be reimbursed for almost everything. $7k in expenses for travel is ridiculous!
