I actually worked with some great people who were professional, nice, and experts in their field.
Cons
The problem lies in not letting the people they hired utilize the best of their ability. It seems like there are a lot of politics and managers with their opinions getting too much say in issues that are not their expertise. The company seems very divided with core issues and how to proceed, down to minor problems. Be prepared to change or redo your entire workflow at a moments notice, then micromanaged until you feel like a robot. The product itself undergoes many abrupt changes. I'm not sure what's going on with the code structure, but the engineers seem to be constantly building and mostly breaking things. This company cannot survive without a good product. The idea is good, but the execution is horrible.
