Pros

1. The right set of executive management team - skilled, passionate, enthusiastic and highly ethical. 2. A team that gels well together owing to an employee-friendly and a healthy environment. 3. Such humble colleagues that you wouldn't find elsewhere in any product company. 4. A company entering its infant stages with its product launch in July 2015 - so excitement is set to grow with the onset of its teenage years. Look forward to capturing markets with lightning speed and be a sought-after global brand very very soon!

Cons

You've got to be sincere and productive to survive here. Being a product company, it'll keep you on your toes all the time so you HAVE TO BE smart, proactive, responsive and responsible for your actions.

Pros

strong pay, good benefits, building great relationships internally and with our customers, product has improved quite a bit over the years.

Cons

Lot's of yes men surrounding leadership, everything turns into a blame game when something goes wrong, always unsure of job security, Leadership is disjointed and rarely on the same page about things. If you don't know the answer to a question leadership has for you, buckle up for getting roasted about not doing your job. Delivery issues plague the org. Also expect to work at any hour for last minute requests internally.
