Pros

Relaxed independent work, very respectful management, the company is very good at making you feel welcome and there is a lot of room for lateral movement in the company.

Cons

Abysmally low pay. Only real opportunities to advance in the company are through the stocking departments. Member of a union although 80% of employees will never qualify or be able to afford the benefits so you're just paying union dues for no reason. The company spends so much time trying to pound into your head that you're playing a vital role in the company while you struggle to pay rent and buy groceries because they pay such an insulting wage.
