Pros
upper management seemed competent and genuine.
Cons
everything else. most middle managers have no discernible leadership skills. a lot of employees have remained stagnant in their roles, doing only what is required of them, so they are bored, negative and inflexible. new ideas , creativity and innovation are strongly discouraged. This was by far, the most terrible, toxic place I have worked (and I spent years in retail, so that's really saying something)
