Pros
Some great coworkers and colleagues Clean facility Ample parking
Cons
--Management is inexperienced at managing people --No training (across the organization) but specifically for new managers --Awful micromanaging (down to who is permitted to be on cc: on an email) which makes getting anything of actual substance done - and then you look non-productive --Favoritism incredibly ingrained in the culture, specifically in management and the executive suite --Low morale and nothing being done about it (same activities every year clearly aren't improving morale--brainstorm and take ideas from the workforce. (Choosing to come the same thing over and over that doesn't work literally is the definition of insanity. And it's lazy.) --Dress code / accepted professional dress is clearly not consistent - with not just "non-professional" but incredibly revealing and honestly more than non professional. I'll leave that at that. --Respect is not given as a benefit of the doubt; you're in the circle or you aren't --There are some truly hardworking and genuine people that work here and keep things going. They should be recognized for their efforts, as that is the work that keeps the corner offices occupied.
