Pros
This is a great place to work at, communication is simple: if we have to micro manage you then you aren’t the professional we hired. You can come and ask questions to anyone and everyone and you will get an answer. It may be intimidating at first but that is everywhere and it makes you a better designer. This is the first time out of my 9 years working in this field that I felt at home. This place is very respectful towards employees, the only downside is the people that leave suddenly with no reason. It confuses me since I enjoy working here. I truly believe the negative reactions people have is due to the fact that they are too entitled and this is the first time and place they worked at out of school. That is my only reasonable explanation to it. Some of the managers are just incredible in standing strong considering they have to deal with so much.

Wish there was a instant vacation package for you when you get hired on. But that is what it feels like working for the government.
