Pros
It's guaranteed to give you full-time hours. It can be a great stepping stone to a better job, but I recommend working for Trader Joe's or Costco, as they're among the best retail stores. I've heard that the only significant part is the healthcare.
Cons
There was an incident in which my manager wrote me up for accidentally harassing an employee. When my manager and I were talking, she told me I would be terminated if I got written up one more time. But the reason I didn't like that experience was that she showed no tact or empathy. What I've learned from Business Communications is that if you're going to write someone up, you must show kindness and compassion, not adopt a rude attitude. If managers don't show kindness and compassion, employees' reputations and goodwill can be ruined, and that's why I lost my passion. There was a time when my department didn't have enough employees, and I got overworked. I had to do the work of 2-3 people. Too much work was given to me. There was a time when I had to help several customers at once, and it was a negative experience. Management was aware that there weren't enough employees, and I got overworked, but they didn't care; they didn't close the department early, which didn't help me. They handed all the work to me, which should be done by only 2-3 people. When I mentioned being overworked, the corporation never considered offering me extra compensation or benefits. How would you feel if you had to do extra work and then management comes to you and pretends nothing happened, they don't give you any additional compensation, or at least respect for working hard. The Bonus Pay they give you for working on Sundays is too little. In my opinion, the compensation they give you for working on Sundays is too little and should be higher. I think it's unfair that the workers don't get to spend time with their family and friends because they have to go to work, but the compensation is very little. If I remember correctly, the bonus compensation was only $4- $ 5. I don't want to leak any confidential information, but I only want to tell the truth. I recommend investing your time and self in a job that highly respects you for the work you've done. If I could talk to my past self, I would have told him to work at Trader Joe's or Costco. Again, I've heard they're one of the best retail stores to work in. I hope more people will listen to this so they can consider finding a better job. I hope this message reaches as many people who are looking for better jobs. I did my best to ensure that all the information I posted was unbiased. Lastly, I recommend you invest in certification courses, such as those on Coursera. Coursera is one of the most affordable and best places for certifications. Having a certification can open more job opportunities. This is one of my regrets, and why I'm remorseful, I wish I could have spent my time and money on courses. I hope anyone who reads this will consider taking classes and learning new skills to find better jobs. I hope I stuck with the Community Guidelines, and I don't wish to give any false advice. This advice is accurate to my knowledge. I've heard that the raises are minuscule, but it depends on whether you're a long-time employee. If you're a short-term employee, the raises they give you will be sufficient, but if you're planning on working there for a long time, the raises can be small.
