      The hours are flexible if your part time. That’s the biggest pro The independent and team work is nice in this department

      The time constraints for the amount of work can sometimes be stressful but manageable if you’re a fast learner. Training isn’t the best though often found having to learn yourself through trial and error but like I said manageable. Work environment can be toxic often just avoid certain situations and diffuse

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
