Pros

- Something different to do every day - Friendly co-workers (same level as me or "below" me) - We don't have to sit at a desk behind a computer all day long

Cons

- We work 52 hours a week but are only paid for 40 hours - District manager does not answer e-mails - No praise for a job well done - NO weekends off unless on vacation - Hard to even get 2 days off in a row - Raises are capped at 2% - This is not a fair wage for the job that we do - Many rude and "rough" customers to deal with, especially depending on the neighborhood. I have been spit on, a customer tried to punch me, and it can just be dangerous sometimes
