      Pros

      Its a nice place to work because after 90 days you qualify for benefits even if you are part time. They are very flexible. They work around your schedule. They are union.

      Cons

      I've only been there for about a month, but I still only get about 12 hours a week. They weren't kidding when they said all they could promise is 12 hours!

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
