      -Great benefits even for part time employees -Pay is fair -Employees are like family -Good programs like cultural council to keep employee moral up -Great opportunities to move up within the company

      At the store level it can seem like their are too many cooks in the kitchen. With many supervisors, Co managers, and store managers; opinions and communication can ofter get construed.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
