      Pros

      I loved working at Kroger because I loved the customers. Without the customers I would not have a job. I loved the opportunities of being challenged everyday that I worked, and the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Sometimes being the "low man on the totem pole" I would have to call other locations to pick up my hours. I was extremely blessed to have a job.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      Cons

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
