Pros
It's a job, and the pay is comparable. You will stay busy during your shift as well, I often had some wonderful co-workers.
Cons
Management can be very disrespectful to individuals (I had these issues in the Twin Ports region). The harder you work, the more they take advantage of your hard work. You can also also expect false promises of promotion to keep you waiting for a long, long time.
