Paid well, shrink bonus and profit sharing, you feel like your apart of something special. They have a strong culture and a desire to be the best.
Cons
Many, many hours. You have to work at least 50 hours a week and that's lucky if thats all you put in. Your voice to improve hings will not be heard. You must nod your head and always do what your told.
