Pros

Some skilled and hardworking colleagues. Opportunities to work with modern technology. Pay and benefits are decent, but not worth the toxic environment.

Cons

Management Operates Like a Dictatorship: Leadership, especially certain individuals, make biased, personal decisions rather than fair, performance-based evaluations. If you’re not in their inner circle, you’re disposable. HR Is a Complete Joke: Instead of protecting employees, they enable management’s underhanded tactics. They don't investigate fairly, they don’t ask critical questions, and they actively work against employees rather than supporting them. Unfair & Pre-Determined Dismissals: My termination was already decided before any so-called "investigation" began. I was initially misled into believing a formal disciplinary meeting was "just a chat", only to later be blindsided by an orchestrated dismissal. Witch Hunts & Targeted Harassment: Certain managers went out of their way to pin something on me, escalating minor IT processes into termination-level offenses. Backups sometimes fail—that’s a reality in IT—but they twisted normal technical issues into false "negligence" claims. No Employee Compassion: Despite preaching about "workplace well-being," this company had zero regard for my health—firing me while I was medically unfit for work instead of offering support. Their timing was calculated and cruel.

Pros

Paychecks come on time, they have a decent rep in the ceramic packaging world. I worked with some wonderful people.

Cons

This is not a sales job, your are managing accounts with no incentive. QA issues non stop, legal issues, payment, anything and everything comes back on "sales". Every day was a new fire that always felt like preparing for a deposition where each employee starts pointing fingers at one another. Horrible moral. Depends heavily on your direct management. I'll just say that I had emailed some of the issues i was having to my manager (something I've never had to do my entire career) and nothing changed, except that they had logged into my email and deleted it so there was no record. It was not a good situation.
