Dear Reviewer , We are unable to understand the point of view that we “hire for no reason.” A recruitment process involves a lot of time, patience, money and effort of many individuals. We would not waste these resources to just hire for absolutely no reason. “Hire, chill, relax, fire..” – We do not have any intention to do so. No business that is flourishing has the time for that. This review comes across as an outburst of an individual who was hired with great hopes but may have been fired due to non-performance. We are afraid you took the process between “hire and fire” as “chill and relax” while it was “perform and grow”. We are sorry about your misunderstanding and thus a losing a job at a fast growing company.
