Nothing to complain about with the organization

No obvious pros to be honest.

I "negotiated" WFH 2 days a week. Didnt get it in writing so now Im in the office 5 days a week. No pay increases. In fact, they tried to dock my pay when Michigan made it law I had to be given a few vacation days. I had to threaten to quit to keep my current hourly rate.
