Pros
Lower level employees are friendly, dedicated hard working people who care about the future of the company. They have a passion for doing their jobs well and taking care of their customers.
Cons
No respect at all from mid/upper management. Constantly "eliminating positions due to budget cuts" and the hiring new employees within weeks for the same position. Can be a very demeaning environment. Management causes very low moral among employees. Absolutely no loyalty to lower level employees. HR in Colorado does very little when situations arise.
