Management, lack of opportunity and lots of broken promises. Bonuses are non existent. Poor work environment. Controller is a liar and has a very high turn over rate. She has no concept of work life balance. HR is worthless and does nothing about it. Germany has no concept of US market yet feel they can do a better job.
