Dysfunctional corporate culture Bonus program is set up to fail -- i.e., bonuses are non-existent HR management cannot be trusted The company decided to move all their operations to Colorado, and offered the people in Washington an opportunity to move. We were told that "we are a family, and we're all in this together". It was like hearing a political candidate running for office and making promises they had no intention of keeping. Many uprooted their lives and moved, only to be fired or demoted in less than a year! There always has been a horrible prejudice on the part of the Colorado management against any other branch office or facility. That has remained the same after many have moved there from other areas. The Colorado staff is always favored over anyone else, regardless of their qualifications (or lack there-of) It is true what is said in the other reviews, that the upper management that is hired proves incompetent to do the job they're hired to do. Now there is very high turnover, they are still reeling from the totally incompetent decision made about their spare parts processes, and they are losing market share that they probably will never recover.
