Business Outlook
Pros
Job stability, but not anymore now that layoffs are part of their culture. Brands still have a good name if a turn around can start right away. No more time to waste though.
Cons
Management has no vision of the future. They spend weeks making power points for their German parent and do nothing to improve the situation. Current management took a once great and profitable company and turned it into a snoozer. Hopefully Germany figures out that the CEO and CFO have to go if they ever want to achieve their goals. The only people who love this company are their competitors in Minnesota.
