Pros

Flexible hours and room for advancement in the Limited brands company plus discounts at multiple stores such as Victorias's secret, La Senza, Bath and Body Works and more.

Cons

You don't get a very large employee discount and some locations are not as friendly as others. Very sales based and constant pressure to sell makes working not as enjoyable.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
