Pros
The company always makes sure their staff is taken care of. You get benefits, discounts. Everyone is incredible and all about the customers mindset. How can we make each person have an amazing day.
Cons
It’s incredibly hard work at times. People think you just sell soaps. So much time and brains and muscle goes into running the business. Sometimes we wish we had more people and less heavy boxes. Another con, I simply can’t be there enough. Absolutely the best job I have ever had and will ever have.
