While our essential manufacturing, distribution and R&I worksite employees have continued to operate throughout this global health crisis, we understand that there is no perfect timing for returning to the worksite in this rapidly changing context. With employee feedback in mind, we have taken these actions under an abundance of caution, implementing extraordinary safety and sanitary measures that have proven to be effective while both meeting and exceeding local requirements. While we recognize this is a challenge we are facing together as a community, we are committed to a transitional process that continues to be prudent, progressive and sensitive to personal circumstances.
