We understand that this global health crisis has introduced new daily pressures into the lives of our employees and we're mindful that this is a challenge we are facing together as a community. L’Oréal is continuing to work diligently and make every possible effort to ensure your health and safety as we transition into these unprecedented times. As part of that transition and with the health and safety of our employees top of mind, we've made accommodations for those who self-identify as high risk, as well as those who have unique personal circumstances, such as caring for a high-risk family member or dependents. As standard workplace practice, our HR colleagues are properly trained under HIPAA and in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act to help our employees with the necessary flexible work, long-term leave, transportation and childcare accommodations that may be needed during this time. These documents are kept completely confidential – they are only used to determine medical exceptions and are not stored or shared by L'Oréal USA for any other purpose. We’re encouraging all of our employees to have an open and sensitive dialogue with their managers and HR partners to identify what accommodations and benefits may be available to them as we work towards this new normal.

Pros

Very friendly environment, overall, a very positive group of people to work with. Good work life balance plenty of PTO and summer Fridays are a great plus.

Cons

Personally, I have seen no real cons, only that the bulk of the jobs are in New Jersey and New York or Florida outside of that there aren't many offices just a few DCs and plants.
