Pros

-The management gives the consultants a lot of work and won't hire until everyone is under stress. Sometimes there's little planning and a lot of ad-hockery to accomplish the project tasks. -Recognition is only given to those who are close to the upper management. Regardless of how hard some consultants have worked, only those who work for clients important to lansa see benefits. -Lansa does have some big companies as accounts including the government so some level of pride is attained when a client says nice things about the work of consultants.

Cons

-Feedback is given but accomplishments aren't properly observed. Based on an employee's perception in the company, not real skill level, he/she finds it hard to move up in the corporate chain. -Lansa's bonus structure is non-linear. And it's a private company. Those who do the most technical work receive the least bonus, and aren't always recognized. Once someone reaches the management level, they do less and less of the work other than sending lots of e-mails everyday and collect the most money.

Pros

One-of-a-kind work environment that enables you to have a successful career and be present with your family. Excellent benefits including healthcare, PTO, 401K match, and more. Global customer base, many of whom voluntarily participate in case studies, and proactively write reviews on sites like G2 Crowd. Talented teams that work together and across departments to promote LANSA's product portfolio, used by globally recognizable brands. Second-to-none support department with a customer-first mentality. Efforts to recognize employees work throughout the year are shown by participating in an internal reward program, hosting appreciation lunches, and organizing a very generous holiday party. An annual golf outing is hosted by the IT manager in NA, and it’s a day everyone looks forward to. The office is in an ideal location, right off major interchanges and close to many restaurants. The building includes a workout facility, swimming pool, dry cleaner, salon, cafeteria and more.

Cons

The office space is beautiful and open but can be very quiet at times.
