-Great corporate culture. -Challenging and fun at the same time. -Technology that the market is seeing and is only getting hotter. -Expanding company, without losing sight of its niche.

Pros

Flexible and casual environment which makes for a perfect blend of work/life balance. We are surrounded by family not just coworkers. Management is very fair and their doors are always open. Excellent benefits which are extremely rich in this day and age.

Cons

Some of the longer tenure management could be a little more open to change which would allow for more growth.

Pros

- Family orientated work environment - not your typical PC cold corporate environment - Move up the ladder fairly quickly, as long as you get your work done - Your voice is heard and input does matter regardless of your job title - Express yourself, style your desk the way you want (just don't get too messy)

Cons

- Open work environment, sometimes it can get hard to focus and get some solid work done - We keep to ourselves, it's frustrating working with something great and there are almost no stack overflow topics or YouTube videos on our tech
